By bringing these unconscious patterns to light, the ELI allows couples to see where they may be stuck or limited in their responses to life’s challenges, offering a clear path toward more empowered and intentional living.

Psilocybin therapy, on the other hand, opens the mind to new perspectives and deep emotional insights.
