Forest Bathing Experience - 2 Hours

Forest Bathing opens your senses to the magic of the forest and Meeting Trees offers you the tools to connect with trees directly. The experience of being in the forest, in the trees, is life-affirming and juicy good all the way through. We humans have always been deeply connected with trees. We know trees deep in our bones. We will learn the stories
and lore about the trees on the walk and reconnect with our ancestral intelligence that pulls us to be with trees.

This adventure starts with choosing a Tree Transformation Card and Qigong, then a short walk to Tryon Creek State Park for the journey. This walk is very transformative, prompting an easy release of energetic limitations and natural opening to insight and guidance. Personal instruction and guidance is offered throughout. For groups of 2 to 6.
